Services
All services are custom-built to client specifications. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins through direct communication.
Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on this site are starting points for each package tier. Final pricing depends on project scope and complexity. Payment terms are agreed upon per project. Infrastructure costs (hosting, domains, VPN, CDN) are paid directly by the client to service providers — we do not mark up infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created for their project. We do not retain rights to client-specific work. Open-source libraries and frameworks used in projects remain under their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business operations as strictly confidential. We will never disclose client identities, project specifics, or infrastructure details without explicit written consent.
Revisions & Support
Revision scope is defined per project agreement. Post-launch support and maintenance are available as separate engagements. Emergency support is available for clients with active monitoring agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided as-is upon delivery. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party service outages (hosting providers, CDNs, DNS), client modifications to delivered code, or use of the platform beyond its designed scope.
Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved through direct communication first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through arbitration.
